If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. Conditions may apply depending on item purchased, such as, personalized, customized or made to-order products.

Some products fulfilled by our Partner will be returned to the Partner.  Please refer to your order receipt for return instructions and address.

Additions or Cancellations

To ensure smooth processing and delivery, please review your order carefully before you check out.  However, we understand technology glitches and mistakes happen. If for any reason you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately at twistedcaster@gmail.com.  For items placed through our Partner, made-to-order, we will do our best to cancel purchases prior to fulfillment; however, intervention may not be possible. 

Unfortunately, the platform does not allow Us to add items to your order.  It will be the customer's responsibility to either submit a second order for additions or cancel the original order and re-submit. 

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email: the order can only be canceled if it has not been made or shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods were not washed, worn or used 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• The supply of Goods were 'Sales are Final' indicated when purchased or had a no return/refund disclaimer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please return the receipt with the package.  You should send the Goods to the following address OR the Return address noted on receipt.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Replacing/Issues

Despite our best efforts, unforeseen issues may occur with a defect in material, production or a product we may use to create an item.  If this occurs and the 30 days to return has passed, please notify Us about the concern or issue via email twistedcaster@gmail.com.  We want our customers satisfied with our products, as well as, ensuring the companies we partner with are also providing quality materials that meet our standards.
